The big re-brand, a naked blog & coming attractions

If you’ve been following me for a while, you’d know I just had a massive re-brand for my business. The last quarter of 2014 was a huge turnaround for me. I stopped blogging altogether, and I was able to evolve and determine the next direction to take my business. That obviously called for a re-brand which leaves me a much better and much more focused business owner.

So dear friends, excuse the naked blog! I spent approximately six months designing my website, designing, redesigning, tweaking and what nots. I’m a bit of a perfectionist, and after I came to my senses on how much revenue I’ve been missing by not launching on time, I decided to just launch with my final design iteration. Hope you guys love it!

This time I’m going for lots of negative space and an overall minimal + clean appearance. Can’t promise you I won’t change the design in the coming months though. For now, here’s the eye candy:

I later changed the homepage buttons color to black, as the hot pink was rather too loud. I want the homepage to be a little bit subtle, with a calming effect on first time visitors. I bet you’re wondering where the neon yellow comes in. I love that color, but I’m still trying to fit it in without upsetting the subtle look. You’ll however see it in action on my Sell like a darling landing page.

Wondering what the heck happened to my old blog posts? After much consideration, I decided most of them are no longer in alignment with my new vision, so I didn’t import them from the old url. Let’s just say we’re starting on a clean slate here.

Coming Attractions:

Prepare for super informative posts and video trainings (yay!). I’ve never really been a big fan of videos, but I’ve got to admit it works. Simply because it makes your audience connect with you in a way that text only doesn’t. So you’d finally be able to put a face to the accent!

I’m also working on a super informative opt-in video training titled “How to launch a successful product without an existing audience“, so if you’re not on the list yet, jump in without further hesitations. Just pop in your details in that box sitting at the top of my pretty sidebar.

Webinars are in the works, plus a podcast, though I’m not sure when exactly. This is because I’m working on going back to grad school this coming fall, to study Software Engineering. So I’m not making any commitments to stuffs that involve too much work until I know how my grad school schedule is gonna out.

Work & client scheduling: These days, I work with 3 to a maximum of 5 clients per month. It gives me so much space to take care of my health (I’m still recovering from PN depression). Now I know my triggers and I’m working really hard to be a healthier person.

You’ll also notice my portfolio is a bit ‘naked’ for now. That’s because I only want to showcase the work that most align with my new brand. So watch out for updates in the coming weeks.

Last but definitely not the least, I’m working on a high end e-course which will definitely rock your world. I don’t wanna give out too much info at this point, but it’s definitely something huge. Stay tuned.
